Play fair.
Keep it friendly.

Guess the Anime is a Gamecamp game, provided by Gamecamp. These Terms govern your use of this free, experimental, unofficial fan-made game. By creating an account or playing, you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy.

Eligibility and account

You must be at least 18 years old, use your own Discord account, and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity on your account. One person may occupy only one seat in a Live Room.

Permission to play

We give you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable permission to use the game for its intended entertainment purpose. The game, its design, code, branding, and other original materials remain owned by Gamecamp or their respective owners.

Player conduct

Do not automate attempts, forge tickets or results, scrape or attack the service, bypass access controls, impersonate another player, disrupt rooms, or use the game in violation of applicable law. We may suspend or end access to protect players or the service.

Anime media and third parties

Guess the Anime is not affiliated with Discord, anime studios, publishers, distributors, or other rightsholders. Names, artwork, and other recognizable media belong to their respective owners. Discord's services are governed by Discord's own terms and privacy policy.

Prototype availability

The game, Live Rooms, results, content, and features may change, be interrupted, or be removed at any time. The game is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent allowed by law. Placements, streaks, and other in-game results have no monetary value and are not ratings or prizes.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, Gamecamp disclaims warranties not expressly stated in these Terms. Gamecamp will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the game. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Changes and contact

We may update these Terms as the prototype evolves. If you continue to use the game after an update takes effect, you accept the revised Terms. For questions or rightsholder removal requests, email [email protected].
